This past Sunday was the Opening Hunt for the Limestone Creek Hunt, as well as the Parade of Hounds and Blessing of the Hounds. Hailey rode her horse, Pirate, Dr. Robert Kiltz rode his horse, Geronimo, and I rode Maeve, a 5 year old Irish Sport Horse mare that I’ve been training all summer. The Parade and the Blessing were beautiful and I thank all of our supporters who came out to the event. The hunt was fast and fun. The hounds hunted great but the wiley fox bested us yet again!

Claire rode Elianna to success in the Baby Green Hunters placing 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. This young horse is coming along beautifully and we’re looking forward to competing her at the Autumn in NY Horse Show in October.
Kerston rode Four Feet of Snow aka “Red”, in the .85 M and the .95 M Jumper classes. They placed 7th and 8th the first night out of a very large and competitve field. The last night they placed an impressive 2nd in the .95 M Speed Class and even tried their hand in the 1.0 M class placing 6th! Well done!
