The horses at Claire Affleck Training receive excellent care, including fresh hay, grain, and pasture turnout. We keep a watchful eye on the well-being of the horses in our care, and we use exceptional and experienced farriers, vets, and other practitioners. In 2008, we started using the Fly Predator system for more effective fly control.

The farm was recently purchased by Claire in 2007. The facility offers a 60′ x 120′ indoor arena with new footing, a large 100′ x 200′ sand outdoor ring with plenty of jumps, a new outdoor hunt course on a grassy field, acres of lush pastures with brand new fencing, new custom made run in sheds, and an extensive trail system through woods, fields, streams, breathtaking views, and is complete with cross country jumps.

Our barn is designed for the comfort and safety of the horses.  It provides the horses with 15 comfortable stalls, a wash stall, and spacious and safe isle ways. The stable also offers many new amenities for the comfort of the rider as well as the horse!  The bathroom has recently been remodeled complete with a new heating system.  Our tack room has a viewing window into the indoor arena, individual tack box space, a refrigerator stocked with snacks and beverages, and it has also been expanded, remodeled, given a new heating system!
